BTW, I just got Positive Discipline for Preschoolers by Jane Nelsen. Bo is into tantrums. Her suggestions are right on. I don't always have the patience to be consistent with her structure, yet, but I've found just the "my ear doesn't hear whining" a useful enough tip to make the book worth its weight.
